There are serious security issues with WP . com. It has been a great platform for blogging but the “Askimet” plug in has become not a spam filter but an agent linking your entire digital real estate. I no longer use this plug in. Apple ID uses a me domain and so does a website that aggregates all of your website and online identities. .
Oddly, I found this image after searching for “about . me” on Google. This seems out of place.
